In 2003 PROCHIN ITALIA achieved the certification of the Quality Management System and subsequently in 2006 integrated this system with environmental and safety certifications.
These systems developed initially on clear principles. Over the years they have evolved harmoniously developing management processes that have been perfected in a coordinated and integrated system.
Through the application of this system of organization the Management pursues a modern corporate management aiming at an optimal programming of the means and resources to obtain, through a constant research aimed at continuous improvement of business processes, the optimization of ergonomics conditions and thus human welfare in the performance of work activities, the maintenance of the performance of the product quality, the respect and protection environmental.
The original definition of the meter based on the size of the Earth goes back to 1791, established by the Academy of French science as 1/10 000 000 of the distance between the north pole and the equator.
“The measurability of performance”
The Quality Management System is the result of a detailed and complex analysis and evaluation of processes, business methods and procedures; over the years, the activities have been improved and validated with the decisive contribution of staff who is directly in charge of the operations. Then management procedures and operating instructions were prepared to define tasks, responsibilities and authorities.
Prochin Italia studies, researches and develops in its own quality control laboratory – also making use of pilot plants or in collaboration with customers and public bodies – new product formulations aimed at improving the characteristics of application of materials and at the same time a systematic analysis of customer feedback is made. It allows to evaluate on an ongoing basis the degree to which the products of the Company meet the expectations of the customers in terms of performance, quality, safety and environmental impact.

The Prochin Italy has participated since 2002 to the chemical industry’s voluntary program “Responsible Care” based on the implementation of principles and practices concerning the safety and health of workers and environmental protection.
The company’s current procedures are in accordance with European Regulation 1907/2006 REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals).
