Prochin Italia has developed various formulations for both the treatment of the excavation front and the stabilization of the segment backfill. These products were developed with the support of the University of Naples Federico II to ensure, on one hand, the qualitative and functional characteristics of the product and, on the other, the environmental compatibility of the treated soils.

Spritz Beton and concrete additives
Spritz-beton, or shotcrete, can be defined as a high-speed cementitious mixture sprayed onto a surface, where the placement and compaction occur in a single operation. These mixtures must have an instant setting (“flash set”), which is achieved by adding setting accelerators to the mix.
